Bowenites end their 2013/2014 session 2nd semester examinations today,with smiles on the faces of many students for it will be a long summer.for some of them ,graduation for some,beginning of final year begins for some,summer school for some,oyo reformation center for some,IT for some
and flexing for some.It has been a long time coming with many events happening through the course of the session.Sporting events took place like the departmental games,CIT cup,VC cup,BOWEN champions league,departmental elections,departmental dinners and awards,BBSF elections,and of course RIOT! But of all Almighty God has seen us through and we are all happy it has finally come to an END,we are grateful we are all alive except the two casualties we had Opeyemi 300l and Mayowa 400l may their souls rest in peace.on this note will say bye bye to 2013/2014 session but bowenstories will still be active ,we will bring all the summer gist ,gossips and news.ADIOS

Early this morning before chapel i was sent this masterpiece and i opened it and was touched,was moved and was changed.It thought me to be my own person and not be influenced by others.It made me know that EXAMINATION RESULTS CAN NOT AND WILL NEVER DECIDE MY FATE OR FUTURE,it made me know that I WAS BORN TO CHASE MY DREAMS,it thought me I WAS BORN TO CHANGE THE WORLD.
Many of our parents and lecturers cant apply Pythagoras theorem to their daily life
they dunno the value of their life (X)
many of our generation cant memorize equations because our ancestors don't apply it to life
because you have an 'F' doesn't mean you will not have your dream job
because you score low now in a course wont show in your CV
this is for my fellow Bowen university dream-chasers
